结束了大学实习后的自由动画师兼小动画up主白烁，在学长的介绍下加入了对方创办的动画工作室，来到了一座陌生的城市参加工作。
机缘巧合之下，他通过工作结识了一位与他们工作室有过合作的人气主播，并得知了其所在的黄金庭院还有招租名额，于是一番交涉后，他决定在黄金庭院落脚。
在与一群“独特”的租客们相处的过程中，白烁时常会感到哭笑不得，也是日复一日的同租生活，让他渐渐的了解了这群性格迥异的人，慢慢融入了这个没有血缘的大家庭，也发现了租客们许多有趣的小秘密。
而与此同时，那个总是如花朵般烂漫笑着的少女，似乎也在不知不觉间，触动了他早已封闭的心……
